i went to chattanooga today (yesterday?). my mother, she was supposed to meet me there, but she got a flat tire, and then, on her way back to georgia she got a speeding ticket and went down the wrong interstate. she's not very good at driving the interstates.
these things aren't supposed to happen to her.
she doesn't do well on the interstate (obviously, i guess). she gets nervous too easily, and she's very fragile.
i feel like it's all my fault.
but..
i did spend some time with her today....... which is worth any speeding ticket, flat tire, etc...... i think.
i hope she feels the same.

is there a big difference between the drunk entries and the non-drunk entries?
i went to tgifridays with keith a few weeks ago. i ordered water with my beef on a stick. when the bill came to the table, i noticed all of a sudden that i didn't order water at all, but instead i had ordered a "non-beverage."

there was a sixteen-year-old girl at our house tonight.
sixteen-year-old girl.
scary, yes, at first.
as i drove up, around midnight-ish, and as i was unpacking my car, i walked up the steps and there was this person i had never met before (the sixteen-year-old girl).
odd, yes.
but, as it would turn out, she was very cool and made me think -
now, why wasn't i like that at sixteen????

i went for a walk around my neighborhood after kicking back a few shots of this and that.
a cop stopped us, which, of course, scared the shit out of me 'cos i had just gotten finished talking about cops and ... whatever... anyways, he asked us if we had seen a partially blind man walking our streets... we hadn't... he told us to call and let him know if we did happen to stumble upon this guy because, well, the partially blind guy was lost.
