we went to see ghost world today.
yeah, i enjoyed it. i know too many people like enid and rebecca, so i guess it's kind of amusing to see all of them on a movie screen (and maybe see a little of myself up there, too). i don't really want to pick this movie apart and make a list of things i liked/didn't like. it was just something good for us to do on a sunday afternoon.

a few nights ago i got an extreme urge to watch ralph fiennes movies. i think he's wonderful (well, except for that avengers piece of shit). i watched the end of the affair late last night after i got home. i know most people probably think that film is so boring and... blah, and, well, so what. it's brilliant (actually, i think it's good right up to the very end.. but.. anyways). i just wish that i could love someone that much and that someone would love me like that, too. i've never had anything like that.
it is so sad that i compare my life to a movie, but . . everybody does it..
so tonight it's the english patient.
