wellness

seeing a grown man wearing sweatpants when he's out&about on a saturday night is kind of intriguing on it's own, but seeing that same man and then noticing he's actually wearing a pair of blue jeans underneath the red sweatpants is just disturbing.

speaking of disturbing, i watched bully in the wee hours of this morning. mark and i were sweating bullets most of the way through, and then we find out that the goddamned story is true.
shocker.
bijou phillips is great at playing this character (bully & black and white), though sometimes i wish she didn't have a voice like an eleven year old school girl.
actually, i don't really know why i'm even discussing this creature. i think i just enjoy thinking about the name "bijou."

tomorrow i've promised myself that i will start my own personal wellness program. . . something along the lines of eating properly and running around the neighborhood a few times a week and getting enough sleep and teaching myself french and maybe learning how to knit sweaters.
