space-oddity's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my big fat greek wedding clay and i saw my big fat greek wedding last night. it was okay. something i would have rather watched at home without spending seven dollars of clay's hard earned money. i remember reading something about this film, something saying that this film had grossed more than star wars: episode II last week. i was very curious and figured it would be a really funny movie, and it was okay. okay funny. i could go on and on about this, but i don't really feel like discussing it anymore. one thing, though. joey fatone of nsync is in this film. he has a bit part as the lead character's brother's sidekick. i wonder if this has anything to do with the popularity of this movie. all of these little nsync fans buying up tickets to my big fat greek wedding just to get a little glimpse of joey fatone. i mean, there was this big group of teenage girls sitting behind us who just wouldn't shut the fuck up during the entire movie. i wonder if they were there to see joey fatone. for a brief second i had this brilliant idea to chuck a few raisinets their way, but then i thought, nah, probably shouldn't do that. they might be the type to go tell the management or something, but then i thought that perhaps the management might actually agree with me in thinking that they are, in fact, rude, loud, obnoxious bitches. carry on. 10:20 pm - 07.10.02 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
