weird world

we saw the good girl today. as soon as the credits started to roll, a woman in the back of the theatre said,
"now that was a weird movie."
bitch. i say this because i'm so damn tired of people busting my bubble. if i were in a line up consisting of nine other randomly picked people from the human race, this woman would point her finger at me and say,
"now that is a weird girl."
i'm probably not making any sense with this, so i'll drop the whole scenario. the movie we watched today wasn't weird at all. it was quite normal, quite true to life, and if this cow in the back of theatre can't see that, then i don't know what fucking planet she's living on. okay, maybe the part at the end with holden isn't that real life, but the rest of it is pretty true, and it's not that i think the movie is tops or one of the best that i've ever seen. i just really didn't need that reminder wedged into my mind at that precise moment. there are so many zombies walking around. they don't see anything or hear anything, and they certainly don't pay any attention to anything that should be worth their while. time spent on meaningless bullshit, and there's so much shit that they'll never see the light of day. there's a lot here that i'm not saying. i just really don't have the time, and perhaps it's not worth it in the first place. clean the muck out from your face. nothing in this world is as weird as someone who chooses not to truly live in it.

oh, and i'm sorry that my archives are down and that there's no previous or next links up anymore, but for now i feel that it's best to leave them down. i don't know who's been reading this thing, and come to think of it, it's quite scary.
