i opened up the blinds. behind them was a big banner. shiny letters.
h a p p y b i r t h d a y

i got good wishes through the mail. i got golden orbs of delight, my favorite. i got rushmore, criterion collection. i got dinner out, roasted duck. i got balloons. i got silly string. i got cheese cake. i got lots of love. and i live with the best man ever.

yeah, yesterday was my birthday.
