space-oddity's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- your own personal rollercoaster i've been looking for this diary i read a while back. i don't remember where i found the link. the first entry i read had to do with going to the store to buy groceries and paying for and then forgetting the salsa she needed to make an omelet the next morning. she used some sort of chutney instead, and it turned out really well. she posted the recipe for the end result, and i remember her including a few spears of asparagus in the omelet, and i thought - who has a few spears of asparagus just hanging around? she had a baby blue background with a picture of a rainbow in her layout. who is this??? does anyone know? so yesterday we went to dollywood. we really did have an excellent time. really. it wasn't all that much of a redneck-y hell after all. rollercoasters are wonderful things. clay and i came up with an idea to have a rollercoaster in our apartment complex. one we could ride whenever we wanted. it would make getting out of bed easier. you'd be excited to wake up because you would know that in just a few minutes you'd be out riding on a rollercoaster. once your body packs in a few g's, you'll be wide awake, and nothing can ruin your day because, hey, you have a rollercoaster in your backyard. i feel bad because normally i'd be on the treadmill running instead of sitting here typing this entry. i'm sitting here dressed in my sweats and sneakers. i had all of the intent this morning, but i just couldn't do it. before yesterday, i did three or more miles each day for six days straight, and yesterday i didn't run, but i did walk all day. i guess my body just kind of shut off this morning. i hope this isn't the beginning of the demise of my workout routine. also, i had funnel cakes and barbecue and chocolate yesterday. so bad. 11:32 am - 04.28.03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
