space-oddity's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sick day i called in sick to work today because i was feeling a wee bit feverish and heavy headed. five p.m. rolled around, and i was still in bed, disappointed with myself for actually feeling sick. it's weird, but i'd rather be at work sick and save sick days for happy fun days used up for shopping sprees and movie theatres. bah. my head hurts. i'm hungry, though, which is a good sign; however, we have no food in this house, and i must go shopping, and i guess i might as well see a movie while i'm out. hee hee. i'm watching my cat. she likes to lie on the desk underneath the desk lamp. it bathes her in a glow of warmth. sunbathing for kitties. it makes her very warm and huggable. she's cute that way. 6:10 pm - 12.05.02 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
