space-oddity's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- closet full of clean clothes it is a wonderful feeling to know that every piece of clothing you have, except for the ones you have on your back, is clean and neat and put away. it makes for so many possibilities on the morning after. it's like you can wake up and feel that you can do anything because you know you'll be able to wear your favorite underwear with your favorite trousers and your favorite sweater, and you'll smell good, too. i'm trying not to sound like a total ass when i say these things, but i always feel like this after i do laundry. like everything in my life is now just so. it makes waking up easy. it makes the next day brighter, and i don't think it's solely to do with the clothes. there's metaphoric value here. 3:08 am - 01.02.03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
